Elulugu

Vitalij Rakovski has joined Novaturas in 2022. He has accumulated many years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, investment attraction and financial management. Vitalij has previously held managing positions in the leading local and international capital business groups such as "Ignitis group", "Ernst & Young", "Maxima Group" and others, where he has also been appointed as a member of the Board.

He has obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration and management at Vilnius University.

Ieva Galvydienė liitus Novaturasega 2006. aastal ja alustas karjääri müügijuhina. Hiljem kasvas  Ieva vastutusala ja ta hakkas kordineerima kogu grupi müügiosakondade tööd. Alates 2011. aastast töötas ta Leedu müügiosakonna juhatajana. 2019. aasta lõpus asus Ieva Galvydienė uuele kohale Novaturas konsterni lennundusosakonna juhina. Ta on lõpetanud Vytautas Magnuse ülikooli humanitaarteaduskonna ja omandanud bakalaureuse kraadi inglise filoloogias.

Vygantas Reifonas has joined Novaturas in 2023. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial  management, organisation development, risk management, etc. Mr. Reifonas has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Baltic Mill, a Baltic grain processing group, and worked as CFO in the company. He also worked as Director of the Organisation Service of the Bank of Lithuania, Director of the Finance Department and Member of the Management Board of AB Lietuvos Draudimas.

He has obtained a master in accounting / audit at Vilnius University and gained BMI EMBA, ACCA International Financial Reporting diploma.

Rasa Barisienė joined Novaturas in 2022. She has accumulated many years of experience in sales and marketing and has strong background in tourism and aviation industry. Prior to joining the company, R. Barisienė has been the Head of Sales and Marketing for British Airways in Lithuania and Belarus for 9 years, as well as the Manager of the CWT (Carlson Wagonlit Travel) travel agency in Lithuania for 11 years, and later in the Baltic countries. She obtained a masters's degree in Commerce of services at Vilnius University.

Vidas Paliūnas osales Novaturas UAB loomisel kolme reisibüroo ühinemise tulemusel, millest üks oli DELTA Travel Agency, kus Paliūnas töötas tegevdirektorina. Aastatel 2009–2018 oli ta Novaturase juhatuse liige. Alates 2018. aasta veebruarist on Vidas Paliūnas nõukogu liige ja alates 2020. aastast nõukogu esimees.

Ta on lõpetanud Saksamaa Chemnitzi tehnoloogiaülikooli IT erialal.

Ugnius Radvila on töötanud Novaturases selle loomisest saadik. Aastatel 1999-2011 oli ta Vilniuse filiaali juht ning alates 2011. aastast töötab ta ettevõttes konsultandina. 1995.-2004. aastal oli ta samuti ettevõtte Interservis kelionių agentūra UAB turismidirektor.
Ta on lõpetanud Vilniuse Ülikooli kommunikatsiooniteaduskonna ning omab magistrikraadi kommunikatsiooni ja informatsiooni erialal (rahvusvahelise kommunikatsiooni programm).

Andrius Jurkonis manages investment fund Axia Capital Fund and is a certified financial analyst. He has accumulated many years of experience in management positions at Euroapotheca, VST, “wedbank. A. Jurkonis has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in economics from Vilnius University. He is currently the director of New Pharma CEE, a partner of UAB Blue flight, UAB Gusania. He holds no shares of the Company.

Virginijus Lepeška is Chairman of the Board and Consultant of the management consulting and training company OVC Consulting. Has accumulated extensive experience in organizational consulting, corporate governance, strategic management. Since 2003, he has been a member of the Board and the Supervisory Board in various companies. Virginijus Lepeška has a doctorate in social sciences (psychology) from Vilnius University. He is currently a member of the Board of UAB Svenheim, a member of the Board of UAB Alma littera and a member of the Advisory Board of UAB Ruptela. He is also a member of the board of the Child Support Center. Has no shares in the company.

Rytis Šūmakaris is one of the co-founders of AB “Novaturas” and supporting partner since 2001. During the 18 years within the company Rytis has contributed significantly to building “Novaturas” business, expansion in the Baltics, securing leading positions in all three markets. Rytis also owns accommodation service company “Nidos namai”.

He has graduated from the Kaunas University of Technology with bachelor’s degree in Radio electronics.
