Kristijonas Kaikaris
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Biography
Kristijonas Kaikaris has joined Novaturas in 2023. He was the CEO of CityBee, a car-sharing company. Kaikaris was CEO of charter airline Small Planet Airlines. He has worked in the IT sector for a large part of his career, having spent four years in charge of the Lithuanian offices of international technology companies Microsoft and Oracle, as well as President and Member of the Board of the association Infobalt, and worked in the sales department of IBM.
Ieva Galvydienė
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Biography
Ieva Galvydienė has joined Novaturas in 2006 and started her career as Sales Manager. Since then Ieva has been responsible for the coordination of the sales department groupwise and since 2011 has been Head of Sales for Lithuanian market. In the end of 2019 I. Galvydienė started new position as Head of Aviation Department in Novaturas group and now she is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
She has graduated from Faculty of Humanities at Vytautas Magnus University and gained English philology bachelors degree.
Darius Undzėnas
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Biography
Darius Undzėnas has joined Novaturas in 2024. He has more than 15 years of experience in various financial management positions in the transport and logistics industry, wholesale, retail and e-commerce. For the last 3.5 years, Mr Undzėnas has been the CFO of Transmėja, an international logistics group. Prior to that, he was the Head of Financial Control at Willgrow (then ME Investicija), which controls Europe’s largest asset-based transportation company Girteka Group, and was responsible for a large team in Lithuania, Poland and Germany. Also, he was CFO of Berner Lietuva.
D. Undzėnas has obtained a bachelor in Business Management and Administration at Vilnius University.
Rasa Barisienė
Chief Sales Officer
Biography
Rasa Barisienė joined Novaturas in 2022. She has accumulated many years of experience in sales and marketing and has strong background in tourism and aviation industry. Prior to joining the company, R. Barisienė has been the Head of Sales and Marketing for British Airways in Lithuania and Belarus for 9 years, as well as the Manager of the CWT (Carlson Wagonlit Travel) travel agency in Lithuania for 11 years, and later in the Baltic countries. She obtained a masters's degree in Commerce of services at Vilnius University.
THE BOARD
Three members have been elected in the company’s Board for a new term of office in 2023. The Board is elected for two years. The new composition aims more efficient and flexible decision-making and the involvement of Board members in the company's strategic processes. The members of the Board are competent professionals with the needed experience.
Ugnius Radvila

Biography
Ugnius Radvila has been with the Company since its establishment. In 1999-2011, he was the manager of Vilnius branch and, since 2011, he has been the consultant of the Company. In 1995- 2004, he was also the tourism director at Interservis kelionių agentūra UAB.He graduated from the Vilnius University, Faculty of Communication, with a master’s degree in Communication and Information (International communication programme).
Tomas Korganas
Member of the Board
Biography
T. Korganas joined the Board in 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in international companies and boards, business development, management, M&A. Mr. Korganas worked for international companies such as BCG, Goldman Sachs, General Electric, for the investment company Willgrow, where he held the position of COO. He is also a member of the professional mentoring programme “LT Big Brother”.
He has obtained a bachelor's degree in Engineering at KTU. Also, masters‘ degree in Business Strategy at Aalto University, Helsinki and MBA in Corporate Finance at Sloan School of Managemnet, MIT.
Gediminas Almantas
Member of Board, Chairman
Biography
G. Almantas joined the Board in 2023, and he is an independent member as well as the Chairman of the Board. G. Almantas worked at Copenhagen Airport, held the position of Director at Lietuvos oro uostai, and currently is a member of the Board and chairs the Audit Committee here. He has been a Board member and the Chairman of EPSO-G, also of Lithuanian Red Cross, and is currently the Chairman of the Board of LTG Infra. He has been an independent member of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee of AB Oro Navigacija.
He has obtained Master's degree, Business law, at Vilnius university and LL.M., International and European business law, at University of Bern. G. Almantas is PhD candidate at Copenhagen Business School. He is visiting research fellow at Thunderbird School of Global Management (Phoenix) and ENAC (Toulouse).
