The news of the collapse of British tour operator “Thomas Cook“ has brought some chaos and uncertainty among the travelers community and tourism companies. To reassure our clients, partners and investors we want to highlight that “Thomas Cook“ is not AB “Novaturas“ partner, i. e. AB „Novaturas“ and its group companies do not have carriage or other contracts with “Thomas Cook“, therefore the bankruptcy of this tour operator and its affiliates does not affect our operations nor our clients - all our obligations are and will be delivered on time. The accumulated years of experience and relaible partnership with our partners abroad allow us to react properly to the changed situation market. We will do our best to ensure that our clients will not be affected by the collapse of „Thomas Cook“ and continue enjoying their vacations.
